Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
We process and ship all orders very quickly. As a result, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We will do our best to modify or cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
To help us process your request faster, please include “Order Cancellation” in the subject line of your email and provide your full name and order number in the message.
Return & Refund Policy
If your order has already been shipped, please note that return requests cannot be accepted until the package has been delivered. Once you receive the product, you may return it for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition. Packaging, accessories, and shipping materials must be complete and intact.
For hygiene reasons and to avoid any risks related to product use, we do not accept returns for items that have been used, even partially.
Other non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Digital products or eBooks
To complete your return, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Delays & Delivery Issues
Shipping delays, regardless of the cause, are not valid grounds for a refund.
A refund or replacement may only be considered if the package is officially declared lost and the loss is confirmed by the shipping carrier. Written confirmation from the carrier will be required before any refund or reshipment can be processed.
Without official confirmation from the carrier stating that the package is lost, no refund request will be accepted.

We will provide you with the return instructions and the address of the authorized warehouse that accepts returns.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, return shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by our team.
For items valued over $30, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking proof.
